The money you donate is put towards purchase of t-shirts, wristbands, and other donor incentives, along with fuel to keep both volunteers and workers going! We appreciate any amount you can give but below are suggestions for donations along with what we will do for your company in return!

food/drink donations
Food and drink are essential for the success of a blood drive. Blood donors must eat snacks and drink juice to ensure they are safe and healthy throughout the process and to help replenish fluids they have lost from donating.
These donations are also helpful to bring in more donors and help keep our volunteers and workers full of energy and ready to serve!
To be used as prizes and giveaways, in kind donations are our biggest incentive for new donors!
Each year we hold raffles with compelling items like gift cards, electronics, etc.
Additionally, if you donate prizes with your company logo, the name of your establishment will be seen by thousands of donors over the course of a week.
percent nights & wristbands
A percent night is a sponsorship that takes place before the week of the drive. That night, your establishment would offer a certain percentage of sales to go towards the blood drive. This is a win-win because it brings business to you and donations to us!
If you choose to be on our wristband, during the week of the blood drive your establishment will honor a privilege for all blood donors. In the past, establishments have offered 10%, 15%, 20% etc. off of their product to those wearing the wristband. This is a great way to get students into your establishment as well as a great promotional tool as we highlight our sponsors all week.
